Bread Slicing Machine

For even slices of whole loaves of bread, this bread slicing device is equipped with a saw blade made of knife steel, whose cutting thickness can be set between 10 and 85 mm. In the commercial kitchen it has its permanent place in the preparation of larger quantities; in the restaurant kitchen it cuts directly before the service. The beechwood frame ensures a stable stand during the cutting process, and a hand guard secures the operator's hand in the process. With a length of 44 cm the support surface offers room for loaves of bread of differing size.
