Apple Peeling and Slicing Machine

Peeling, coring and cutting apples or citrus fruit is done by the apple peeling and cutting device in a single work step. In the butchery it is part of the preparation of side dishes; in the canteen kitchen it takes on the same function with larger quantities. The housing is made of coated cast aluminium and is manufactured in heavy professional quality, and a stainless steel clamp fixes the appliance firmly to the table. At 31,5 cm length and 21 cm height it fits unobtrusively into existing workplaces.
