A dough sheeter brings dough to an even thickness in seconds – a consistency that is hard to achieve by hand. That saves time in daily service and makes every pizza, every piece of puff pastry and every fondant sheet turn out the same.

Bench model or floor model

Compact bench models stand on the worktop and suit smaller quantities. Floor models – some foldable – are built for continuous use. Our appliances cover roller widths of roughly 30 to 64 cm; in addition there are fondant rollers with adjustable thickness for patisserie work.

You will find dough sheeters from Maxima, SARO and Stalgast. All prices are net, excluding VAT; delivery is by parcel service or freight forwarder depending on size and weight. Maxima appliances come with a 2-year warranty.
