Shipping & Delivery

All prices shown on our product pages are net prices plus statutory VAT, where applicable.

For deliveries within Germany you will see the exact shipping price in your basket before you complete your order.

Depending on the size and weight of the goods, we ship by parcel service or freight forwarder. We automatically select the transport method suitable for your order.

Among others, we work with:

• DHL
• FedEx
• selected freight forwarders and logistics partners

Delivery time

The expected delivery time depends in particular on whether the item is available immediately or is procured for your order.

If you pay by advance bank transfer, the delivery time begins when your payment is credited to our account; with other payment methods it begins when the contract is concluded.

If you order several items with different delivery times, delivery may be made in more than one consignment so that goods already available reach you as early as possible.

Delivery conditions

• Place of delivery: Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Freight consignments are delivered kerbside as standard; for deliveries to islands or mountain regions, to the nearest mainland port or the nearest valley station, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• Islands, mountain regions & special areas: Additional transport costs may arise for islands, mountain stations, regions that are difficult to access or other special areas. We recommend enquiring about such delivery locations in advance.
• Difficult access: Please make sure the delivery address can be reached with a vehicle suitable for the consignment. Additional costs arising from unusual or undisclosed access conditions may be charged to the recipient.

Freight delivery

Bulky and heavy items are delivered by freight forwarder. Please make sure that:

• you are reachable during the day on the telephone number provided,
• an authorised person is on site at the time of delivery,
• the access route is suitable for a freight vehicle,
• the necessary personnel or suitable equipment for unloading are available.

Unloading the goods, moving them into the building and onward transport to the installation site are not part of the delivery unless these services have been expressly agreed.

Transport damage

Please inspect your consignment immediately on delivery for externally visible damage to the packaging, pallet and goods.

Visible damage should be noted on the delivery note or proof of delivery of the transport service provider and, where possible, documented with photographs.

Please inform us immediately afterwards so that we can arrange further processing.

In the case of a commercial transaction between merchants, the statutory duties of inspection and notification of defects under section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) apply in addition. Defects that are not immediately apparent must be reported without undue delay after their discovery.

International deliveries

We deliver within Germany, to other EU countries and worldwide.

The same delivery conditions apply in principle to international orders. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the delivery address, the order and the size and weight of the goods.

Where shipping costs for your delivery country can be calculated automatically, they are shown in your basket. Otherwise we will inform you of the shipping costs before your order is processed further.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These are not part of our shipping costs and are generally borne by the recipient, unless agreed otherwise.
