Business customers only (B2B)

Our online shop is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). As we contract exclusively with businesses and do not conclude consumer contracts, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB.

Returns and exchanges

We do not grant a voluntary right of return or exchange. Returns and exchanges of goods are excluded, unless a claim arises from the statutory warranty for defects (see below).

Refunds

A refund of the purchase price is made exclusively under the statutory warranty, i.e. if the delivered goods are defective and subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery) fails. In this case, we refund the purchase price using the same payment method as the original payment (bank transfer or the payment service used), within 14 days of completion of the reversal.

Warranty for defective goods

The statutory liability for defects applies in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Section 12):

  • For businesses, the warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods.
  • The commercial duty to inspect and give notice of defects under § 377 HGB (German Commercial Code) applies: please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any identifiable defects without delay.
  • In the case of a justified defect, subsequent performance takes place first (repair or replacement delivery); if this fails, you may reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
