Tomato Slicer

The tomato slicer divides tomatoes into evenly 4 mm thick slices in a single work step, instead of every fruit being cut individually by hand. In the canteen kitchen and butchery it takes on the pre-portioning of larger quantities for platters, side dishes or buffets. In case the blades lose their edge after intensive use, a separate replacement blade matching the slicer is also available; the frame itself is made of cast aluminium, the blades of stainless steel.
