SARO Warming brigde model BRUCE

The SARO heat bridge BRUCE keeps prepared food at serving temperature via quartz infrared heating elements before it reaches the plate. Two independent switches allow separate control of the heating zones, which helps particularly with side dishes of differing temperature sensitivity. In the commercial kitchen it takes over keeping large quantities warm between production and servery, while in the canteen it ensures consistently warm portions at the food servery. The perforated 1/1 GN container supplied lets excess liquid drain away, so that food does not go soggy. The housing is made of stainless steel.
