Description

The SARO warming bridge 2000 mm brings a 2000 mm wide stainless steel surface to the servery for keeping plated dishes warm. In the canteen it takes on the keeping-warm of long serving stretches; in the restaurant kitchen it stands ready between preparation and service. Three heating elements deliver a connected load of 1,2 kW, and around 7 minutes of heating-up time pass until the operating temperature is reached.
