Description
With room for three GN 1/3 containers or, alternatively, one GN 1/1, two GN 1/2 or six GN 1/6 containers, the SARO Heat Bridge Model ISLA in a black stove-enamelled steel housing covers different serving sizes. The heat is transferred to the containers from above by infrared light, at a fixed temperature of 50 °C. With a net weight of 9 kilograms it can easily be moved between stations. It belongs in the canteen, and in the restaurant kitchen it takes on the short-term hot holding of side dishes between service times.
