Description
The SARO ice cube maker model EB 15 PRO provides three selectable hollow ice cone sizes via its display and produces from these up to approx. 15 kg of ice within 24 hours. A water tank of approx. 2 litres and a storage container for 1,4 kg of ice are part of the equipment, and the housing is made of stainless steel. In the commercial kitchen it takes on the ongoing ice supply, in the restaurant kitchen it covers the same requirement for drinks and cooling. The PRO version works with direct-current technology to save energy, and the on/off switch sits on the rear of the appliance.
