Description
The black plastic lid and the recessed side grips characterise the SARO ice cube maker model EB 15 S PRO, which offers three hollow ice cone sizes to choose from via its display. A water tank of approx. 2 litres supplies the production, and the storage container holds 1,4 kg of finished ice. The bakery uses it for the ongoing ice supply, the ice cream parlour for the same task with changing cone shapes for drinks and desserts. Within 24 hours the appliance delivers approx. 15 kg of ice; cooling is by air with the refrigerant R600a.
