Description
Two separately switchable UV light sources, one in the circulation system and one in the storage bin, characterise the SARO Ice Cube Maker with UV Light, Model EB UV20 PRO and serve hygienic germ prevention during ice production. The housing is made of stainless steel and the flap of black plastic; the circulation system forms hollow ice cones of approx. Ø 28 x H 40 mm. In the ice cream parlour it provides the continuous supply of ice, while in the bakery it covers the same demand throughout the day. Good thermal insulation contributes to energy efficiency, and approx. 20 kg of ice is produced within 24 hours.
