Description

The SARO ice cube maker Model C 28 W forms 18 compact, transparent ice cones per cycle and cools with water in the process. Production can be programmed via the touch control panel, and in addition the appliance reports via the MyICE app when required. The storage bin holds up to 325 ice cones. The commercial kitchen uses the model as soon as larger quantities of ice are needed; in the restaurant kitchen it takes over the same task for daily operations.
