Description
The SARO ice cube maker Model C 54 A measures 500 × 580 × 800 mm and stores up to 1100 ice cones in its storage bin. Air-cooled, the appliance produces approx. 54 kg of ice per 24 hours, and acoustic and visual alarms also give advance warning when intervention becomes necessary. The ice cream parlour and the bakery both fall back on the same technology when larger quantities of ice are needed.
