Description
The SARO pizza oven Michelangelo model ML935/1 TS processes up to 9 pizzas with a diameter of 350 mm in one work cycle and requires a three-phase power connection with 12,6 kW for this. The canteen kitchen uses it for food service at fixed peak times, the commercial kitchen for continuous multi-shift operation. With a net weight of 283 kilograms it can be stacked up to three high when several ovens are in use.
