Description
The SARO pizza oven Michelangelo model ML935/2 TS offers room for 9 pizzas with a diameter of 350 mm in each of its two separate chambers and weighs 508 kilograms gross. In the food truck the doubled number of chambers ensures continuous output in a tight space; the canteen kitchen serves several menu lines in parallel with it. The connected load is 2 x 12,6 kW via a three-phase power connection with 400 V.
