Description
The SARO pizza oven Michelangelo model ML635/2 TS provides two baking chambers for 6 pizzas with a diameter of 350 mm each and runs at a connected load of 2 x 8,4 kW. Both chambers run in parallel in the commercial kitchen for different ingredients, and in the food truck the second chamber takes over replenishment during mobile sales. If required, it can additionally be combined with a separate single-chamber pizza oven.
