Description
The SARO pizza oven Michelangelo model ML635L/2 TS weighs 378 kilograms net and, with external dimensions of 1100 x 1550 x 780 mm, offers room for two baking chambers with 6 pizzas of Ø 350 mm each. At midday the cafeteria uses it to handle the main rush; in the evening it keeps running in the restaurant kitchen for the evening menu. A touchscreen with a storable recipe book takes over the programming of the baking cycles.
