Description
The SARO pizza oven Michelangelo model ML435/1 TS bakes four pizzas of Ø 350 mm at the same time, or alternatively one large pizza of Ø 500 mm or two trays in the W 400 x D 600 mm format. A touchscreen stores individual recipes, and in addition the oven switches itself on and off automatically according to a programme; adjustable rest phases lower energy consumption. In the cafeteria this capacity covers the lunchtime rush. For the restaurant kitchen, the stackability of up to three appliances on top of one another opens up extra scope without taking up more floor space.
