Description

The SARO ice cube maker Model C 54 W weighs 42 kg net and produces 36 ice cones per cycle with water cooling. The connected load is 0,440 kW, and the appliance can additionally be controlled and monitored via the MyICE app. A disinfection cycle simplifies the cleaning, and the storage bin holds up to 1100 ice cones. In the commercial kitchen as in the restaurant kitchen the model covers the ongoing demand for ice.
