Pizza Peel, Rectangular, Anodised Aluminium

The rectangular pizza peel is used for sliding pizzas into the oven and taking them back out, and is made entirely from anodised aluminium for the purpose, with a flattened, red handle for a firm grip. In the restaurant kitchen it takes on this task just as much as on-site in catering. The peel is available in four sizes from 33 to 50 cm edge length, so the tool can be matched to different oven dimensions. The sturdy construction withstands daily contact with hot baking surfaces.
