With a rectangular blade measuring 230 x 400 mm and a handle length of 1200 mm, the SARO PRE-2340 /120 pizza/pide peel is designed for large pide. The anodised aluminium version is also perforated, impact- and knock-resistant.
Food truck kitchens rely on the peel for loading and removing the pide; in the snack bar it serves the same purpose in day-to-day business.
