Pizza Peel, Perforated

The perforated pizza peel carries pizzas and flammkuchen into the oven and back out via a perforated, rectangular surface. The peel body is made entirely from anodised aluminium, joined by a red, flattened handle for a firm grip. It belongs in the large-scale kitchen just as much as in the canteen, where several baked goods are moved one after another. The peel is available in several sizes, from 33 to 50 cm edge length, for different oven openings and portion sizes. Sturdy quality ensures longevity in continuous use.
