Description
With a diameter of 36 cm and a height of 18 cm, the Food Mill without insert takes on the role of the base unit for passed sauces, soups and purées in the restaurant kitchen and in catering. The actual sieve inserts in 18/10 stainless steel are available separately and can be chosen with hole diameters from 1 to 4 mm at 8 cm height each, so that the mesh size can be matched precisely to the consistency in question.
