Description
The SARO ice cube maker Model C 38 A produces approx. 38 kg of ice per 24 hours and is air-cooled in the process. The ice cone size can be set steplessly via the touch control panel, and a disinfection cycle additionally simplifies the regular cleaning. The storage bin holds up to 575 ice cones ready. Whether bakery or ice cream parlour: at both locations the appliance provides a supply during ongoing operations.
