Description
Five slide-in levels in 2/1 GN format find room in the BW-5 as soon as prepared dishes have to be kept warm before they are distributed further. The digital temperature control holds the internal temperature between +30 and +80 °C, while a water tray secures additional moisture in the interior.
In catering the trolley takes care of transporting already prepared dishes to the place of use; on the hotel buffet it then runs alongside the ongoing serving. Bumper protection and four smooth-running castors, two of them with a locking brake, make manoeuvring easier even in tight spaces.
