Description
Handy grips make the BW-11 easier to manoeuvre through narrow passages, while inside there is room for eleven slide-in levels in 2/1 GN format. The digital temperature control keeps the food warm between +30 and +80 °C, and a water tray additionally provides moisture.
In the canteen the trolley stands ready for serving larger portion quantities; in the restaurant kitchen it keeps prepared dishes warm until they are served. Two of the four smooth-running castors can be locked, which ensures a secure stand even in limited space.
