Description
The SARO chocolate warmer CHARLY melts and tempers chocolate in a 1/1 GN container via a control panel with touch function and a temperature probe. In the hotel buffet it is used when chocolate has to be kept warm for serving, and in catering it takes on the gentle melting process for up to 15 kilograms of chocolate. The capacity is 17 litres, and the temperature ranges from 0 to 50 degrees.
