Description
The SARO bain-marie with open base keeps food warm in a water bath at temperatures between 30 and +90 °C, designed for one 1/1 GN container with a depth of 150 mm. On the food truck the appliance can be accommodated even in tight spaces thanks to the open base, and in the canteen kitchen it stands at the servery for keeping food warm during peak times. The safety thermostat can be regulated steplessly; the matching GN container is not included in the scope of delivery.
