Description
The SARO bain-marie with open base model E7/BME2BA keeps food and sauces at serving temperature in a water bath. The rounded tank makes cleaning easier, while an adjustable safety thermostat keeps the temperature constant. Thanks to the open base, the space underneath remains accessible for GN containers or accessories. In the restaurant kitchen the appliance takes on the warming station before service, and in a snack bar it keeps side dishes to hand for quick serving.
