High-quality material selection

The cooker is made entirely of stainless steel, with heavy-duty cast iron pan supports and chrome-plated gas burners. By using these sturdy materials combined with smart design, you can be confident you'll enjoy your gas cooker for a long time. The entire construction is seamlessly welded and suitable for placement in a cooking line. There's a safety valve with a thermocouple. This keeps the gas valve open as long as the sensor still detects heat. As soon as there's no flame, the gas valve closes automatically, preventing gas from escaping. A safety thermostat provides extra protection.

Includes gas oven

Besides the four-burner cooker, this gas cooker also features a spacious gas oven. The static oven chamber is made of stainless steel, including the 40 mm thick door. Inside is a chrome-plated rack with three levels, onto which you can place 2/1 GN containers. You can set temperatures between 100 and 300°C.
