This meat grinder from Stalgast is a powerhouse and is particularly well suited to producing ground meat or even processing fish. The compact, robust housing is made of durable stainless steel and aluminum. With the sharp blade and the two perforated discs included in the scope of delivery, you can process up to 300 kg of meat per hour. The stable unit is easy to operate and to clean. Should you accidentally feed in product too quickly, the practical reverse gear helps clear blockages. The unit comes with perforated discs with a 6 mm and 8 mm bore, ideal for cooked sausage, coarse bratwurst, or cured, shelf-stable sausage products. For finer or coarser mincing, additional perforated discs with bores from 2 to 10 mm can be ordered from us.
