The SARO Heated Display Case Model SHIRA is designed for 35 litres of capacity and keeps food ready for service with analogue temperature control in the range of +30 to +90 °C. In catering and at the hotel buffet it takes on the hot holding of smaller quantities, its compact dimensions of 554 x 361 x 311 mm finding room even where space is limited.
