Description
The SARO Hot Counter Model NELSON keeps food warm in a heated display case at temperatures of up to 85 °C. The stove-enamelled steel housing carries toughened glass at the sides, so the goods remain visible from several sides. Staff reach the counter directly through plastic access flaps, and the temperature is set manually. In the commercial kitchen it takes on the hot holding of side dishes and ready meals, and it likewise finds its place in the canteen, where guests help themselves at the open serving point.
