Description
The SARO Heated Display Case Model ALVA keeps food ready for service in a range of +30 to +80 °C and combines a plastic housing with a stainless steel interior. It finds its place in the commercial kitchen and in the canteen, where three height-adjustable shelves adapt the loading to vessels of different sizes. With a base area of 520 x 270 mm it offers sufficient room, and the electronic temperature control keeps the heat constant.
