Description
The meat turns slowly on the spit on the SARO ED3 electric kebab grill, while three serpentine heating elements all around ensure even roasting. The heating unit can be moved in heat and in distance from the meat, meat of up to 40 kg is processed, and a socket for the kebab knife as well as a grease collecting container are part of the equipment. The grill is operated with 400 V three-phase power. On the food truck it runs purely electrically off the mains; in the canteen kitchen it lines up with the rest of the electrical equipment.
