Description
The SARO ED4 electric kebab grill brings up to 80 kg of meat evenly up to temperature: four serpentine heating elements and a slowly rotating spit ensure even roasting. It does its duty both in the restaurant kitchen and in the snack bar, where the movable heating unit allows the heat and the distance from the meat to be regulated. A warming function keeps portions that have already been cut at temperature, while the grease collecting container keeps the workplace clean.
