The SARO VIVIA S 901 S/S refrigerated counter combines a stainless steel worktop with two refrigerated compartments for preparing several dishes in parallel. Two height-adjustable wire shelves can be adapted to different container sizes, while the digital temperature control independently monitors the set range between +2 and +8 °C. In the restaurant kitchen the counter takes on the role of the central refrigeration station directly at the pass, in the commercial kitchen it is part of the equipment for the upstream mise en place. The automatic defrost reduces the manual maintenance effort during ongoing operation.
