Description
The robust planetary mixer is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses and for processing light doughs, creams and foam-based dishes. Operation is simple and safe. Using the clearly arranged control panel, you select between three speed levels. The planetary stirring system moves the mixing tool both around its own axis and along the edge of the bowl. This way, all ingredients are ideally blended, without product remaining on the edge of the bowl.
