Frying Pan, Rectangular 47 cm

The rectangular roasting pan is made from 1.5 mm thick 18/10 stainless steel in a silk-matt polished finish, and brings a heavy, robust format to the table with its drop handles. Since it lacks an induction-compensated base, it's intended exclusively for the oven and not for the hob. In the large-scale kitchen it handles finishing larger portions in the oven, while in the bistro it's used for serving straight from the oven. Depending on the version, volume ranges from 6 to 35 litres at lengths between 37.5 and 63.5 cm.
