Description
A good bakery, brasserie or cafe needs a refrigerated display case to keep food cool. This patisserie display case in black and stainless steel exudes luxury and is well suited to presenting your products in an attractive way. Snacks, pastries and cakes are clearly visible thanks to the built-in energy-efficient LED lighting inside. The refrigerated display case has glass walls and a glass door and is fitted with two height-adjustable glass shelves. At the back of the unit there is a sliding glass door that makes it easier to reach the products on display.
Evenly Distributed Temperature
Using the digital control panel you can set a temperature between 2° and 8°C precisely. Because the unit has a fan-assisted cooling system, all products stay evenly cool, so it makes no difference whether you place them at the top or the bottom of the case. The fan makes sure that the cold air is distributed evenly. The refrigerant used for this display case is R290 and is free of CFCs.
Mobile Display Case
The refrigerated display case is fitted with four castors, so it can easily be moved around the whole shop. Cleaning is child's play thanks to the stainless steel housing of the unit. All you need is a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the outside. You can clean the glass shelves and the windows with warm soapy water.
