On the vegetable slicer 39 cm, two horizontal blades cut smooth or wavy slices, and three blades that can be inserted vertically with a shear-comb profile supplement the cutting pattern with a second design. In catering it enables fast preparation directly on site; at the hotel buffet it delivers freshly cut vegetables in consistent quality during ongoing operation. The cutting thickness can be set in three steps between 2 and 10 mm, and the vegetables are guided by means of an ergonomic guide carriage. The fold-out stainless steel holders are rubberised and vulcanised and ensure a secure stand on the working surface.
