Description
The SARO vegetable cutter model CARUS chops, grates and dices vegetables, cheese, nuts and other foods in one operation. The housing is made of stainless steel and aluminium, the semicircular feed hopper also takes larger pieces, and five interchangeable discs cover different grating and cutting thicknesses. In the commercial kitchen the appliance is used when preparing larger quantities, and in the canteen likewise for daily portioning. With a footprint of 315 x 660 x 545 mm and a connected load of 230 V - 50 Hz - 0,55 kW, it fits into existing work stations.
