Description

The SARO UGN 2140 TN undercounter refrigerated counter cools ingredients and semi-finished products directly beneath the worktop, accessible via 2 x 2 stainless steel drawers. In the commercial kitchen it takes on the refrigeration close to the workplace, in the restaurant kitchen it creates additional storage space beneath the surface. Digital temperature control from DIXELL or Copeland regulates the fan-assisted cooling in the range from -2 to +8 °C. The pull-out compressor is easy to reach for cleaning, without moving the counter.
