Description
The SARO Thermo Connect Kit monitors temperature and humidity continuously and raises an alarm automatically in the event of unusual deviations. The sensor and gateway transmit their readings to a smartphone or a PC, so that cold rooms and storage areas can be kept in view even without a fixed inspection round. The commercial kitchen and the canteen use a system of this kind wherever temperature logs have to be documented regularly without staff walking every station individually. The radio link bridges approx. 100 m, and the wall bracket supplied is made of plastic.
