Description
The SARO inlet table left, dishwasher right mirrors the arrangement of its counterpart: dishes come from the left and travel on to the machine on the right-hand side. Both the bar and the dishwashing kitchen fall back on this pre-rinsing stretch before the dishes reach the machine. An upstand keeps the wash racks on their track, while the basin measuring 500 by 400 millimetres takes in the first soiling. At 38,1 kilograms net and 56 kilograms gross, the 1200 millimetre wide stainless steel surface brings its weight to the scales.
