Description
The SARO BTS-3 sneeze guard panel separates openly presented food on the bain-marie trolley from breath and droplets and creates a hygienic barrier between guest and goods. A glass panel sits on a stainless steel frame; it comes in individual parts and is mounted by simply inserting it into pre-drilled holes. With a width of 1235 mm it covers the full length of the trolley. In the restaurant kitchen it provides the screen at the buffet; in the snack bar the panel fulfils the same purpose at the open serving counter.
