Description
The SARO refrigerated top unit VRX 2000/380 can be set up directly next to a pizza counter and adds chilled storage space for nine 1/3 GN containers up to 150 mm deep to the station. In the large-scale kitchen it takes care of the interim storage of several sections, and it belongs in the restaurant kitchen when ingredients have to remain within reach during the service. The glass top section shows the contents at a glance, without the door having to be opened.
