The SARO PZ 9031 PRO pizza counter distributes preparation and refrigeration across three self-closing doors and six non-refrigerated drawers beneath a worktop made of granite. The interior holds 252 litres net, and the energy efficiency class is stated as A. A base shelf measuring 570 x 323 mm additionally provides air circulation. It is used in the snack bar as in the food truck.
