The SARO BORA nacho warmer keeps nachos warm at up to 58 °C and ready for serving. In the canteen it lines up next to the rest of the hot-holding equipment; in the restaurant kitchen it closes the gap between preparation and counter. The housing holds up to 30 litres, and its LED lighting can be switched independently of the heating.
